Glamour Apartments - Milano

Location is perfect. Free Internet access.

There is no concierge so you have to arrange the check-in before you get to the hotel.

Our family found these two apartments to be perfect for us. The location for those on vacation as tourists was ideal. Who would have imagined we would see the Duomo in Milano from our windows! Both apartments were nicely decorated and very comfortable. Thank you for taking care of us so well.

The only problem we dealt with was the shower. Apparently the previous guest must have slipped on the wet marble floor, fallen and broken the glass shower door. Consequently my husband also slipped and had nothing to hold onto. He did not fall but cautioned me about the slipperiness. I laid a washcloth on the shower floor but was unable to avoid getting water on the bathroom floor. Our suggestion is that the door be replaced immediately. In addition we suggest that a "grab bar" and a dish or small shelf be attached inside the shower to hold soap and/or shampoo.

The location was no doubt amazing , just opposite to the duomo 1 minute from the shopping area close to the underground and taxis stop just front of the building , the apartment was big enough for 4 persons, very clean, and having everything u need slippers, bathrobes, an iron, washing machine, dish washer, and oven plus the most important thing free wifi access ..even if we don’t go out we enjoy the view of duomo from our window.. The breakfast vouchers are fantastic we can have our meal at any time of the day at the coffee just close to the building . I would thank Stefano the administration manager who was so nice and very helpful.. I would definitely stay here again..

Service/ staff were excellent. Very helpful and accommodating, easy to communicate with. Apartments were clean, comfortable and very well located. Accommodation wax as described on the website.

Breakfast arrangements were good but bar staff were not very helpful/ welcoming and quality of food was average.

Very nice apartments, little expensive, but finish and location are excelent.

The staff was friendly and accomodating. They were great about meeting us when we arrived. They had great breakfasts an we're right by the duomo! Shopping downtown and location was perfect. Would highly recommend staying here as we would again.

Well to start off with you couldn't beat the location and the extra space in the apartment. When you are travelling and there is 3 of you you need some space. The location was right in the heart of Milan shopping district and very close to the Duomo. We even had our own Nespresso machine in our room. The host Stefano was extremely helpful and generous. I highly recommend Glamour Apartments.

Central location and convenience for sightseeing and shopping and eating.

Poor administration in meeting and gaining access on arrival. Lack of availability of ongoing contact to discuss matters arising.

Firstly, staff were lovely and extremely helpful - even out of hours. Apartments are prefectly located in the centre of Milan. Stunning apartments, perfect facilities. Would definately book again

There are two bathrooms and two rooms with beds. That was very good for us. Thank you.

There are not supermarkets near the hotel.
